4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on fencewin is ৳200. We accept the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests from successfully verified accounts are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be on hold until the verification process is complete.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

fencewin reserves the right to investigate any suspicious or unusual financial transactions. If money laundering or fraudulent activity is suspected, the account and funds may be suspended immediately.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x (twenty times) wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means winnings from a bonus only become withdrawable after placing bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount. A time limit applies for meeting this requirement, as stated in the bonus offer details.

5.3 General Terms for Promotional Offers

• Each promotional offer has its own specific terms.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time (stacking is not permitted).
• In cases of bonus misuse, the bonus will be forfeited.
• fencewin reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

6 Betting Rules

fencewin offers various types of betting including cricket, badminton, slots, and casino games. The following general betting rules apply to all games:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an abnormal result occurs due to a system error or technical issue, fencewin reserves the right to void that bet.
• In sports betting, if a match is cancelled, the stake is refunded.
• Taking advantage of delayed information in live betting ("arbitrage") is strictly prohibited.

6.1 Maximum Win Limits

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts.

• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Engaging in any fraudulent activity against the platform.
• Betting using third-party funds.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by fencewin

fencewin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of terms and conditions, fraudulent activity, failure to complete verification, or regulatory reasons.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. It is your responsibility to withdraw any withdrawable balance before your account is closed.

9 Limitation of Liability

fencewin makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, however our liability is limited for the following:

• Loss caused by technical errors or server disruptions.
• Bets lost due to internet connectivity issues.
• Software errors from third-party game providers.
• Service disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances or events.
